Frankley sits within the Bromsgrove District of the Country of Worcestershire County Council,

 

We understand from Bromsgrove District Council that the land is owned by National Trust.

 

There is a viewpoint here, that you can see across the countryside and the neighbouring Bartley Green Reservoir.

 

However it is not possible appreciate the view presently due to the path being blocked by the damaged fence and a considerable amount of rubbish, including plastic bags, bottles, tyres, black bags, building waste, buckets, and mattresses.

 

We have been in touch with The National Trust, and asked if they could send somebody to clean it up.

 

The sheer amount of stuff here is shocking to say the least.
