Keep Redditch Tidy

Working across Redditch to protect our
environment for now and for the future.

The Community Sweep

Anyone can take part in the Community
Sweep. Just grab a broom and sweep
your doorstep or a nearby path.

Keep Redditch Tidy seeks to unite volunteers to bring about cleaner, connected and safer urban and rural communities by tackling the litter problems where they live.

We all want our town to be a clean, green and attractive place to work and live. Our passion is still as strong to us as when we were formed in 2014, to lead the campaign for a town free of litter.

Keep Redditch Tidy is here to encourage people to eliminate litter today and for future generations.

The Community Sweep

Do your bit, sweep the path by your house

Why not litter pick while your jog

Pledge a some time to litter pick

This is about more than simply getting people to pick up litter. We aim to change behaviour permanently by spotlighting the problem daily and offering creative solutions

We want to with councils and community groups to bring that bit of greenery in your area up to the highest standards. Our parks and open spaces are precious and we need them free from litter with litter-free laybys, beautiful bandstands and fantastic flowerbeds.

We have litter picking events throughout the year, as well as annual campaigns such as the Great British Spring Clean and Love Parks Week.

Eliminating Litter

Litter blights our streets, parks, beaches and costs us millions of pounds to clear up every year. Keep Redditch Tidy is here to inspire people to eliminate litter now and for future generations.

Ending Waste

This is about taking strides made up of small, individual steps: recycling plastic bottles rather than throwing them in a litter bin and reducing food waste by only buying what you need.

Improving Place

Keep Redditch Tidy wants everyone to have the right to live and work in places they can be proud of and prosper in. We also celebrate local parks and green spaces that we all benefit from.
