Keep Redditch Tidy

About us

Helping Redditch become cleaner and greener.

Keep Redditch Tidy was born in 2014 to encourage local action against litter and help people love where they live.

Born from local pride and a desire to make a difference.

Keep Redditch Tidy was born in 2014, while working with Keep Britain Tidy to promote campaigns on litter, recycling and Love Parks.

We did litter picks and encouraged others to love where they live. We also worked with Redditch Borough Council, who launched the Millennium Wood in Arrow Valley Park.

We aim to inspire and equip everyone in Redditch to help improve the environment on their doorsteps. We all want our town to be a clean, green and attractive place, and that aim is still as urgent today as when the campaign was formed.

A cleaner town is better for people, nature and local pride.

1

Cleaner places

We want streets, parks, paths and open spaces to feel cared for and free from avoidable litter.

2

Community action

Practical local action matters, whether people join group events or help quietly in their own area.

3

Love where you live

Our vision is for a beautiful town cared for and enjoyed by everyone.

Supporting litter picks and practical local action.

Keep Redditch Tidy is committed to working with local communities and businesses to protect our environment now and for the future.

A good quality environment matters to people. The benefits can make a real difference to our health, wellbeing, communities and economy, and it is great for nature too.

Every bag helps. One person, one street, one small action at a time.

There are many ways to be part of the solution.

With Keep Redditch Tidy, you can be part of the solution and show how much you love where you live. You could join a litter pick, pick up litter while walking the dog, help on the walk to school, or support the campaign as a local business.

The point is simple: local action makes local places better.
